Easy ways to fight acne...

It's thought that acne, we're talking white heads, black heads and pustules - affects majority of the population, during their teens to mid thirties.

With such a wide variety of cosmetics and treatment options out there, it is difficult to find the right protocol to suit your skin.

The happy news- Every day skin care productsare getting more advanced in preventing and treating these nasty break outs without compromising the conditition of areas unaffected by spots.

From my experience as a skin therapistI have undertaken lots of different methods to help patients, and wanted to share my top secrets with you.

The Environ B-Active Range is a great starting point - with salicylic acid as your main ingredient this will help exfoliate and reduce the thickness of the outer layers of your skin. The Vitamin A content will also normalise your skin to help control the amount of sebum produced in your sebacous glands.

Secondly, i would look at your diet and how much water you are drinking. Apricots, Mushrooms, Sweet Potato and Mango's are all good sources of Vitamin A, which will help normalise the production and life cycle of skin cells.

That then leads me onto treatments available... Hydrafacial is a wet microdermabrasion which typically helps reduce oiliness and minimize large open/blocked pores. With a blend of salicylic and glycolic acid this will mildly exfoliate the outer layers making it easier for me to extract!

And last but not least, (I hope your all still awake)
