We are proud to announce that Kat & Co is one of the ten plastic surgery units in the country to be a BAAPS Aesthetic Mentorship training centre.
The BAAPS (British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons) scheme offers mentorship to plastic surgeons who have completed their training in the NHS and wish to learn more about working in the private healthcare service.
We were selected for our reputation as a clinic that is continually driving clinical excellence and safe patient care.
The scheme provides an ongoing long-term training and supportive relationship between young plastic surgeons and experienced senior colleagues. Also, the hope of this scheme is to create a mutually beneficial long-term relationship.
We can offer mentees a safe, supportive space to continue their early career development, all under the guidance of our experienced team of Plastic Surgeons, Maxillo-Facial Surgeons and Aesthetic Doctors
During their time with us, mentees will receive tailored teaching and observation in the operating theatre, in clinic as well as the running of a private practice. They will also participate in audit and research, with a view to presentations and publications of the wonderful work that we do here at Kat & Co.
