We are pleased to announce the results of our recent Patient Experience Survey Results for 2019/2020.
This report outlines the feedback that has been collected and analysed from a sample of our patients and we are happy to share the findings that 92% of our patients rate the practice good, very good or excellent with 71% of that attributed to excellent!
We'd like to thank everyone that took part in this survey, it's our ongoing aim to grow and improve as a practice and we appreciate your feedback to help us achieve this.
This survey was provided by CFEP (Client Focused Evaluation Program) who has an international reputation for providing high-quality products to health professionals and organisations to get evidence on the quality of their services to patients.
The IPQ is a well-established questionnaire widely used in the UK and extensive published validation studies have established that the IPQ is a reliable and sensitive tool: accurately measuring patient satisfaction in designated areas and is sensitive to change - if the IPQ is carried out on more than one occasion any change in patient perception of service can be clearly and reliably monitored.
