NOVEMBER LOCKDOWN UPDATE (2.11.20)

Hello everyone,

We have been expecting the new lockdown and have made several preparations ahead of this.

As a medical facility providing medical treatment for the physical and psychosocial wellbeing of our patients, we are excluded from the lockdown.

The clinic will continue to operate with all the stringent safety measures we have put in place since the first lockdown in March.

Kat & Co are in fact better prepared this second round:-

• Our cosmeceutical skin care products has a brand new catalogue on the website. As these are cosmeceuticals, you will have to call for advice about the use of the product before we can take your order. We hope you find this useful.
• The team are well stocked with PPE.
• We have mobilised our phone system. This is so that more of our staff can work from home and continue to answer your calls efficiently.
• We have extended our working hours to 9am - 7pm everyday, including alternate Saturdays. This will support us in spacing out the appointments.

Rest assured that TeamKat and I are committed to continuing our past record of excellent care. All in a Covid secure environment.
