The silver lining for me when the lockdown was announced was the opportunity to start on the Obagi Nuderm System culminating in the Obagi Blue Peel after 5 weeks of use.
The photos show a significant improvement in both the right and left side of the face.
The Obagi Nuderm System has at its core the basic principles of :

2. Exfoliate
3. Hydroquinone (the bleaching agent) + tretinoin (Retinol family) and

After 5 weeks of use, the skin was ready to receive the Obagi Blue Peel ( trichloroacetic acid {TCA}).
The peel was uncomfortable as I had no local anaesthetic but not unbearable. Patients would normally be prepared with a local anaesthetic cream before the peel.
My face looked blue for 2 days post peel but I timed it over a weekend so I didn't scare the patients during their video consultations. The face felt tight for 3 to 4 days. The peeling started on the 7th day and was cleared by the 10th day.
