"It was so nice to meet with you again today for my 3 month post op check up following my recent breast reduction. I cannot thank you enough for the care and understanding you have showed me before, during and after my operation. I feel so much happier in myself and do not have difficulty anymore shopping for bigger tops to fit my breasts and then looked baggy around my waist. I am now able to buy 34C cup bras from high street stores instead of named make 34F cups which were a lot more expensive. I am now able to go out running without any pain in my breasts from the impact. The Z bras are perfect for my gym workouts and feel so comfortable. I have also started to go swimming with my four year old grandson, something I have not done for years due to being very top heavy and feeling self conscious.
